Prescott Valley Property Management is the Quad Cities practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage with an office in Scottsdale and roots in the Verde Valley an hour east: the family built a property management business in Los Angeles before bringing it to Arizona in 2020.
What we bring to Prescott Valley is a published, all-inclusive rate, no markup on routine maintenance, and an experienced property manager who personally oversees every property and is the owner’s point of contact — not a call center and not a rotating account manager. Every property is treated as if it were our own. That is why our name is on it.
We manage across Arizona — thirty-six markets and counting, from the Quad Cities to the Verde Valley and the Valley — under one brokerage and one phone number.
We are members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, covering the greater Phoenix side of the business including the Quad Cities, and of the Greater Verde Valley Chamber, where our family has roots and a second concentration of managed property.
